• AnFully may allow Users to access content, products or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of word links, banners, affiliate links, channels or otherwise), API or otherwise to such third parties' websites. You are cautioned to read such website's terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using the Site. You acknowledge that AnFully has no control over such third parties' websites, does not monitor such websites, and shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such websites, or any content, products or services made available on such websites.
• You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks of AnFully and/or any other User, nor to gain unauthorised access to such computer systems or networks.
• You agree not to undertake any action which may undermine the integrity of AnFully's feedback system, such as leaving positive feedback for yourself using secondary Member IDs or through third parties, or by leaving unsubstantiated negative feedback for another User.

2. User's Responsibilities

The following responsibilities apply to your registration and use of the Site:

• User must be registered on the Site to use some Services. Except with AnFully's approval, one User may only register one user account on the Site. AnFully may cancel or terminate a User's account if AnFully has reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or controlled two or more user accounts. Further, AnFully may reject User's application for registration for any reason.
• Upon registration on the Site, AnFully shall assign an account and issue a user ID and password (the latter shall be chosen by a registered User during registration) to each registered User. Upon becoming an AnFully User, you consent to authorise AnFully to store and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• A set of User ID and password is unique to a single account. Each User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user ID and password and for all activities that occur under your account. No User may share, assign, or permit the use of your User account, ID or password by another person. User agrees to notify AnFully immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or your account, or any other breach of security of your account.
• User agrees that all activities that occur under your account (including without limitation, posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any Additional Agreements or rules, subscribing to or making any payment for any services, sending emails using the email account) will be deemed to have been authorised by the User.
• User acknowledges that sharing of your account with other persons, or allowing multiple users to use your account (collectively, "multiple use"), may cause irreparable harm to AnFully or other Users of the Site. User shall indemnify AnFully, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives against any loss or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) suffered as a result of the multiple use of your account. User also agrees that in case of the multiple use of your account or User's failure to maintain the security of your account, AnFully shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate User's account without liability to User.
• User warrants that information you have provided when registering your AnFully account is accurate, truthful, legal, and valid and belongs solely to you. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide to AnFully, and AnFully will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation for any cases caused by incorrect information.
• User shall have the option to cancel the order only prior to shipping by contacting our support centre. AnFully reserves the right to cancel the order for operational reasons with prior notice to the User account. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our return policy comes into effect.
• User shall be respected to have the option to subscribe to or cancel newsletter subscription upon registration.
• User understands and agrees that AnFully shall have the right to temporarily or permanently terminate all or part of the services at any time in accordance with its own business needs (including but not limited to cases where the User violates the terms and conditions of AnFully, or makes unacceptable and unreasonable comments or behaviour towards AnFully's brand image).

3. Acceptance Of Order Terms

The following terms apply to your orders:

• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. AnFully reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, AnFully may have to limit the number of products available for purchase and reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order.
• When you make a purchase, you agree that the risk of loss transfers from AnFully to you from the moment we deliver your order to the carrier. You will bear all related liabilities and risks during the third-party transportation of your order.
• For order payment, shipping and delivery, users should agree with the terms stated on the checkout and shipping information provided on the Site.
• For warranty and return, users should agree with the terms of our return policy.

4. Conditions Of Use
